Math Retake Policy
In order to have an opportunity for a quiz retake, I MUST have all of my homework for the past Investigation completed, my notebook must be up-to-date, and quiz corrections done. The checklist on the bottom of this sheet must be completed and signed by my teacher at least one day before my retake.

When can I retake my quiz?

After you have completed the checklist and shown your organized work to your teacher

Within approximately 1 week of the returned quiz

At least two opportunities for the retake will be given; one during lunch, and one during math help

How will a retake improve my grade?

Your teacher will use the higher of the two scores in your grade and make a note in HomeLink

You may only retake an individual quiz one time

Your teacher will keep the retake, but you are welcome to come look over your quiz with your teacher.

Students may not be allowed to retake the quiz if they have not prepared adequately, have not completed the assigned work, or are not working during class time.
